Sally Donahue to Co-Chair 2014 New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section Annual Meeting

Sally M. Donahue, who is of counsel in Jaspan Schlesinger’s Trusts and Estates Law Practice Group, will be acting as Co-Chair of the 2014 New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section Annual Meeting on January 29, 2014 at the New York Hilton in Manhattan.  The program, entitled “‘Til Death Do Us Part: Updates on Marriage, Domestic Relationships and Estate Law’” will focus on how the United States Supreme Court’s decision in United States v. Windsor and other recent changes in the law impact marriage and other domestic legal relationships in the context of trusts and estates law.

The speakers will include an array of practitioners, as well as an expert panel of local Surrogates.

Ms. Donahue is of counsel in Jaspan Schlesinger LLP’s Trusts and Estates Law Practice Group.  She handles Trusts and Estates and Guardianship litigation, as well as Estate planning and administration.
