Lawrence J. Tenenbaum Elected to Cradle of Aviation Museum Board of Trustees

Lawrence Tenenbaum, a partner at Jaspan Schlesinger LLP, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Cradle of Aviation Museum, an educational facility located in Garden City, New York featuring one of the world’s most extraordinary and diverse aerospace collections.

“The Cradle of Aviation Museum is a leading educational institution and attraction in the region,” said Mr. Tenenbaum. “I have seen first-hand the positive impact this facility has had on childhood learning. I am eager to take an active role in assisting the Museum with its exceptional work and initiatives. It is a true honor to serve as a Trustee, and I look forward to working with the rest of the members of the Board.”

Mr. Tenenbaum is a partner in Jaspan Schlesinger’s Education, Labor and Municipal Law practice groups, where he provides general counsel and labor and employment counsel services to public school districts, libraries and other municipal and private entities.

He is a past President of the New York State Association of School Attorneys. Prior to his term as President, he served as a Director of the Association. He frequently lectures on a wide variety of legal issues as they affect public school districts. Mr. Tenenbaum is a member of the American, New York State and Nassau County bar associations.

Mr. Tenenbaum received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and his Bachelor of Science from the New York University College of Business and Public Administration (now the Leonard N. Stern School of Business).
