Jaspan Schlesinger Promotes Three to Partner

Jaspan Schlesinger, LLP, a premier Garden City law firm, announces today the following new promotions to partner: Sally M. Donahue, Esq. in Trusts and Estates, Jared A. Kasschau, Esq. in Litigation, and Christopher D. Palmieri, Esq. in Banking and Financial Services, according to Steven R. Schlesinger, managing partner of Jaspan Schlesinger.

“Sally, Jared and Christopher have all made a positive and significant impact on Jaspan Schlesinger during their tenure at the Firm,” said Mr. Schlesinger. “With their knowledge and experience in their respective practice areas, the promotions are well-deserved. I am confident that each will excel in their new role while bolstering our existing, stellar roster of partners.”

Formerly of counsel, Ms. Donahue, of Huntington, will now serve as partner in the Firm’s Trust and Estates Practice Group. She will continue to concentrate in Surrogate’s Court litigation, an area in which she has 20 years of experience. Ms. Donahue will also handle all aspects of Trusts and Estates and Guardianships, including trials and appeals. Her experience and astute leadership will continue to benefit her colleagues, the Firm and its clients.

Mr. Kasschau, a Rockville Centre resident, has been promoted from an associate to partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where he will continue to focus on commercial litigation, civil rights litigation and appellate practice. Since joining the Firm in February 2010, Mr. Kasschau has been a key player in various cases; his diverse background coupled with his overall knowledge of law is a continued asset to the Firm.

Mr. Palmieri, a Ronkonkoma resident, began his legal career with Jaspan Schlesinger eight years ago as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. His current promotion to partner in the Financial Services Practice Group stems from his dedication and leadership within the practice area. Mr. Palmieri’s experience and skills will make for a seamless transition into his new role.
