Jaspan Schlesinger Promotes Marissa J. Pullano to Partner

Jaspan Schlesinger LLP is pleased to announce that Marissa J. Pullano has been promoted to partner.  Formerly of counsel, Ms. Pullano will now serve as a partner in the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Practice Group.  Ms. Pullano represents clients in complex divorce matters involving the distribution of substantial real property and other assets.  Her experience includes divorce, paternity, maintenance and child support, custody and visitation, shared parenting, equitable distribution, and order modifications and enforcement.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pullano was an associate at a South Florida based law firm where she worked on a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters including the valuation and distribution of businesses and professional practices as well as high conflict custody and visitation matters.  She was selected as a Florida Rising Star in the area of matrimonial and family law by Super Lawyers Magazine consecutively in 2014 and 2015, and was named to the 2016 New York Metro area Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

Ms. Pullano received her Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Social Work from The Catholic University of America in 2004.  She serves on the Board of Governors of The Catholic University of America Alumni Association and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Institute. In addition, she is a member of the family law sections of the New York State and Florida State Bar Associations.
