Jessica M. Baquet is a partner in the Litigation, Appellate and Labor and Employment Practice Groups of Jaspan Schlesinger LLP. She focuses her practice in the areas of employment law and commercial and business litigation.
Frank C. Dell’Amore is a partner in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services and Creditors’ Rights Practice Groups, where he represents financial institutions and leasing companies in foreclosure, collection, bankruptcy, loan workout and general litigation matters.
Christopher D. Palmieri is a partner in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Groupwhere he focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in foreclosure, collection, bankruptcy, loan workout and commercial litigation matters.
Daniel E. Shapiro is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group and its Appellate Practice Group, where he concentrates on commercial litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Shapiro represents both corporate and private clients in a wide variety of complex business disputes with a focus in commercial and residential real estate, employment and banking litigation and represents municipal clients with a focus in the area of civil rights litigation.
