Jaspan Schlesinger LLP is pleased to announce that Arthur D. Felsenfeld has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups.
Mr. Felsenfeld is an experienced trial lawyer, arbitrator and mediator, with over 40 years’ experience in business litigation, with particular emphasis on securities and broker-dealer litigation and arbitration, accountants’ liability, the defense of class and derivative actions, employment and real estate litigation and corporate and partnership disputes. He also serves on a number of arbitration and mediation panels, and has been a frequent speaker and author of publications on subjects related to alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Felsenfeld was a litigation partner in two large international law firms, one in which he served as head of the litigation department of its New York City office. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Brooklyn College and his Juris Doctor degree in 1975 from New York University School of Law.
