Rose C. Egan is an associate attorney in the Corporate and Commercial Transactions Practice Group and the Real Estate Practice Group, handling contract review, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. During her time in the evening program at St. John’s University School of Law, Rose worked as a law clerk in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group, where she assisted with commercial refinancing transactions, mortgage foreclosure litigation, and collection actions.
Rose is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
