Michael is an associate attorney in the firm, focusing his practice on banking and financial services and creditors’ rights. He represents financial institutions, private lenders, equity fund managers, and other entities in all matters relating to foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, workout, loan acquisition, and general litigation and appellate matters. Michael appears before the court on behalf of clients in state and federal courts in connection with such matters.
Michael received his B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta, and his Juris Doctor from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University.
