Mariselle R. Harrison focuses her practice in matrimonial and family law, representing clients in divorce actions involving equitable distribution of real property and other assets, spousal support, child support, as well as custody and visitation disputes.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Mariselle worked at a matrimonial and family law firm, working closely with clients and maintaining her own case load from start to finish. She participated in court conferences both in Supreme Court and Family Court. Prior to that, she was the assistant law clerk to Hon. Jeffrey A. Goodstein. During law school, Mariselle clerked for Hon. Stacy D. Bennett.
While attending law school, Mariselle participated in the Hofstra Navigator Program where she assisted pro se litigants with the drafting of divorce packet forms including, judgment of divorce packets, motions, orders to show cause, preliminary conference stipulation and orders and statements of net worth.
