Felicia Pinto brings extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate
transactions, representing buyers, sellers, and a variety of lenders—including
conventional, commercial, and private institutions. Her background includes working
closely with condominium Sponsors on conversions and the sale of individual Sponsor-
owned units. Felicia has also managed transactions involving foreclosures, REO
properties, pre-foreclosure purchases, new construction, co-ops, and condominiums.
Earlier in her career, she represented homeowners at foreclosure settlement
conferences, helping clients explore options to retain their properties.
Outside of her legal work, Felicia proudly serves on the board of Rosa’s House, a
nonprofit founded in honor of her late mother, who passed away from brain cancer. The
organization is dedicated to supporting individuals facing illness by helping them access
essential services like transportation to medical appointments and grocery assistance.
