We are proud to announce that Maria Girardi has been named a Partner at Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP.
Maria is an Attorney in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group representing lenders with respect to commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Maria worked as an associate at a Long Island law firm where she represented lenders with respect to residential and commercial real estate transactions. She also conducted estate work which included the sale of assets and creditor negotiations.
