Plaintiffs alleged our client had breached his fiduciary duties and fraudulently induced them to invest in a business venture that ultimately proved unsuccessful. After presentation of the evidence at trial, the jury determined that plaintiffs failed to meet their burden of proof and returned a verdict in favor of our client on all claims.
