Sophia is a dedicated and skilled attorney in our Litigation Practice Group, where she represents clients in complex commercial, real estate, and bankruptcy matters.  She also has experience representing members of the judiciary before the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Her deep expertise, strategic approach, and unwavering commitment to client success make her an invaluable member of our team. Since 2026, Sophia proudly serves as Coordinator of the Firm’s Summer Legal Internship Program for 2Ls.

Experience

  • Acted as co-lead counsel in a bench trial in the Commerical Division of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, representing a shareholder of two closely held corporations. Attained favorable decision at trial.
  • Assisted with successful negotiations of settlements in bankruptcy adversary proceedings involving preference and fraudulent conveyances/transfers.
  • Successfully defended a New York State Civil Court Judge in an investigation by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
