Petr E. Moskalev is an Associate in the Litigation Department. Petr joined the firm as a Legal Intern in May 2023 and continued as a Law Clerk through July 2025.
His practice includes representing clients in a variety of civil, commercial, and corporate disputes, including real estate and trust and estate matters. He regularly conducts legal research, drafts motions and memoranda, manages e-discovery, and prepares for and participates in court hearings and depositions
Petr brings international experience from law firms in St. Petersburg. His experience also includes an internship at the Nassau County Supreme Court’s Commercial Division. Prior to entering legal practice in the U.S., he served as an Associate Professor of Asian history and politics and an Assistant Professor of law at St. Petersburg State University.
Fluent in English, Russian, Thai, and Mandarin, Petr is also an experienced legal translator and interpreter.
