Michael V. Girace concentrates his practice in the area of banking and financial services, where he represents various institutional lenders in the financing of commercial properties. He has experience handling all aspects of commercial lending transactions from commitment through closing, and substantial working knowledge of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 and 7 (a) loan programs.
Michael has also closed a significant number of commercial co-op and condominium transactions, and has considerable experience representing lenders, purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
