Michael J. Guidi is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services practice group. He represents institutional lenders in the financing of commercial properties and residential mixed-use property. Michael’s expertise also includes performing legal research and drafting memoranda on various real property legal issues.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Michael worked at a real estate law firm assisting in the representation of individuals, corporate entities and lenders in residential real estate transactions.
