Ms. Harrison focuses her practice in matrimonial and family law, representing clients in an array of matters including prenuptial and postnuptial actions, divorce actions and post judgment actions. Ms. Harison has extensive experience involving all aspects of matrimonial and family law, such as equitable distribution, maintenance and child support, as well as custody and visitation disputes. Ms. Harrison participates in court conferences, both in Supreme Court and Family Court across numerous local counties.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Mariselle worked at a boutique matrimonial and family law firm, and prior to that as the assistant law clerk to Hon. Jeffrey A. Goodstein, the supervising judge at the Nassau County Supreme Court Matrimonial Center.
While attending law school, Mariselle participated in the Hofstra Navigator Program where she assisted pro se litigants with the drafting of divorce packet forms including, judgment of divorce packets, motions, orders to show cause, preliminary conference stipulation and orders and statements of net worth.
