Maria G. Girardi is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group representing lenders with respect to commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Maria worked as an associate at a Long Island law firm where she represented lenders with respect to residential and commercial real estate transactions. She also conducted estate work which included the sale of assets and creditor negotiations.
While at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Maria served as an Articles Editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Maria is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Woman’s Bar Association.
