Johanna C. David brings extensive experience in complex trusts and estates matters. Her diversified practice includes advising clients on asset protection, intricate planning strategies, and tax issues, including capital gains. She also counsels clients on Medicaid planning and asset protection options.
Johanna is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she teaches Estate Planning and Advanced Estate Planning to Second and Third Year law students. Beginning this Fall, Johanna will be a full-time Professor of Law at Touro University. She is Haitian-American and speaks Creole and French fluently.
