Jeannetta Alexander is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group. She is an experienced attorney with a distinguished legal career spanning commercial real estate, corporate law, nonprofit governance, and complex civil and criminal litigation. With over 18 years of experience, Jeannetta has represented clients in real estate, corporate formation, contract negotiation, nonprofit counseling, and due diligence. Earlier in her career, she served as a litigation associate at several New York law firms, handling all stages of civil litigation, arbitration, and appellate matters. Her foundation as an attorney was built during tenure as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted cases, supervised investigations, and argued appeals.
