Jad S. Sayage is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Jad worked at a Real Estate firm where he assisted clients with institutional lending, acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leasing.
Prior to attending law school, Jad was a managing director of a property management firm that oversaw the day-to-day operations of a highly profitable, blended real estate portfolio consisting of regional and national tenants. He also worked as a Licensed Real Estate Broker where he assisted commercial investors with real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Jad attended Hofstra University Law School as a Dean’s Honor Scholar, where he graduated cum laude. At graduation, he was the recipient of the Herman Hillman Real Estate award given for exceptional work in the area of housing or real estate. During law school, he was an extern at the City of Long Beach, Corporation Counsel where he was directly involved with all aspects of Municipal Law, including zoning, land use, and environmental law. During law school, he also interned at a Landlord/Tenant law firm where he counseled clients in connection with both residential and commercial holdover and non-payment proceedings.
Jad is admitted to practice law in New York and counsels clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, contract negotiation, leasing and institutional financing.
