Corey N. Stein is part of the Banking and Financial Services practice group, where he represents institutional lenders in commercial transactions. Mr. Stein has experience performing title review, organizational due diligence, and conducting real estate closings.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Corey was a real estate associate at a firm and handled the drafting real estate contracts. He also assisted attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and financing.
